You can make the request to lock the casino so you cannot enter at almost any book.

Just ask that they add in your notes that it should not be repopened upon your request by any means.

I have the same problem with the casinos, I won money on sports and gave it all back to them in one night. The casino can be addicting but I'm going to try and stay away from it from now on.
